You may use the Service only if you:

GetGDPRScan scans publicly accessible website content only and does not intentionally access private systems, passwords, databases, or restricted areas.

GetGDPRScan uses automated systems and AI technologies to generate GDPR-related findings, explanations, scores, and recommendations. The Service:

• May contain inaccuracies, false positives, or incomplete findings
• Does not guarantee GDPR compliance
• Does not replace legal review or professional legal advice
• Should not be relied upon as a sole source of compliance decisions

Users remain solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any recommendations.

• Users are solely responsible for deciding whether to make scan results publicly accessible
• GetGDPRScan does not certify, endorse, or officially verify legal compliance through public pages or badges
• Public pages and badges represent automated informational risk analysis only

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or infrastructure
• Disrupt or interfere with the Service
• Abuse, overload, or scrape the platform
• Use automated systems to excessively access the Service
• Reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Submit malicious websites or harmful content
• Misrepresent scan results as official legal certification

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

Certain features require paid subscriptions or one-time purchases.

Prices, billing cycles, and included features are described on the pricing page.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the active billing period unless otherwise stated.

Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

Unless otherwise required by law, payments are generally non-refundable.

Because GetGDPRScan provides immediate access to digital services and AI-generated reports, users acknowledge that certain purchases may not be eligible for withdrawal or refund rights where permitted under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

All content, software, branding, designs, reports, and platform functionality provided by GetGDPRScan are protected by intellectual property laws. Except where explicitly permitted, you may not copy, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Users retain ownership of data and websites submitted for scanning.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature. Features, pricing, and limits may change over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetGDPRScan and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Compliance decisions made based on scan results
• Inaccuracies or omissions in reports
• Temporary downtime or service interruptions

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetGDPRScan and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of scan results or public verification pages
• Unauthorized scanning activity

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if:

• Fraudulent or malicious activity is detected

Users may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion subject to applicable legal obligations.
